Right to Dignity, Respect, and Fair Treatment

Individuals have the right to:

Right to Person-Centered Services

Individuals have the right to:

Right to Privacy and Confidentiality

Individuals have the right to:

Individuals have the right to:

  • Ask questions and receive clear explanations about services

Right to Safety and Freedom from Retaliation

Right to Voice Concerns and File Grievances
