Acumen Residential Services Corporation proudly serves adults and families in Frederick County, Maryland through non-skilled non-medical residential and community-based support services. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is to empower adults to live safely, independently, and with dignity within their communities.

Supporting Independent Living

Our services are designed to support adults age 21 and older who benefit from structured assistance while maintaining autonomy and choice. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, and referral partners to deliver person-centered supports that align with individual goals and needs.

• Residential and community living supports
• Day programs focused on life skills and social engagement
• Respite care to support families and caregivers
• Medicaid waiver services, when authorized
